This policy outlines our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.
Note: Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature and installation-specific design, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Custom Cut Tracks (e.g., Standard Tracks, Tri-Track Rails cut to specific lengths)
  • Special Order Items
  • Any product that has been installed, used, or modified from its original state.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please contact our customer service team within the 15-day window. Follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send a request to [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

To exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping rates will apply for the new shipment.
