Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) to get your gear where it needs to be.

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature and installation-specific design, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Custom Cut Tracks (e.g., Standard Tracks, Tri-Track Rails cut to specific lengths)
  • Special Order Items
  • Any product that has been installed, used, or modified from its original state.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email Us: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and product details.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item, include the RMA number inside, and ship to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or model, follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item. Standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment.
